How it works
AI reads. Your experts confirm. The rules are applied the same way every time.
Most AI tools give you an answer and ask you to trust it. We use AI where it is good, reading long and messy documents, and keep it out of the step where consistency matters. The result is an answer you can explain to an auditor, a supplier or a regulator, and reproduce on demand.
Five steps
Read
AI reads the governing document once and proposes the rules inside it.
Confirm
A person who knows the subject, such as a contract manager, reviews the proposed rules, corrects them where needed and confirms them.
Freeze
Confirmed rules are frozen. When the document changes, only the parts that changed are read again and sent back for confirmation.
Apply
Transactions are checked against the frozen rules without a call to an AI model. The same input gives the same answer, every time.
Record
Each result keeps the rule it applied, the document that rule came from and who confirmed it, so any decision can be replayed years later.
Where AI is used, and where it is not
AI reads documents: it proposes rules from a contract, pulls the details out of an invoice, and in Requests by Strata AI it helps find and mark personal data. Checking a transaction against confirmed rules does not use AI. People make the decisions that carry accountability: confirming a rule, disclosing a record, querying an invoice.
Strata Recursive Logicâ„¢
