For local authorities
Every department, every request, every supplier, with the working kept.
Councils answer requests that touch every service and pay suppliers under contracts held across every department. Both are scrutinised by the public, by auditors and by regulators, and both depend on people finding time to check things by hand.
Freedom of information and subject access
A freedom of information request has twenty working days. A subject access request has one calendar month. In between, someone has to log it, route it, chase departments, search inboxes and shared drives, take out what should not go, and send a response that will stand up if the requester complains to the Information Commissioner.
Requests by Strata AI puts every request on one register with the right clock, calculated with UK bank holidays. It searches your Microsoft 365 estate, detects personal data, redacts properly and checks every file again before anything is released.
Supplier contracts
Contracts are let centrally and managed in the services that use them. Invoices are approved against purchase orders. The Procurement Act 2023 has raised expectations about how councils manage contracts after award, and the gap between what was agreed and what was billed is one of the hardest things to see.
Strata | Contracts reads each contract into rules your officers confirm and checks invoices against them, the same way every time, with a record your auditors can follow.
Alongside what you run
Strata connects through the data exports and APIs your systems already provide, with nothing migrated. It is deployed into a dedicated tenancy inside your own Microsoft Azure subscription.
