The contact form
When you send the form, your details go from your browser to our website's server, hosted by Vercel, in the body of the request. They never appear in a web address. The server checks them and passes them to Resend, our email delivery provider, which sends them as one email to our team mailbox, hello@wearestrata.ai. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you directly. The server also adds the enquiry to our customer relationship management system, so we can keep track of our conversation with you.
The website itself does not store your submission. It is not written to our server logs and it is not used for marketing lists. The form has a hidden field that people cannot see but automated spam tools often fill in; a submission with that field filled is discarded and not sent.
We keep the email and the record of the enquiry for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for no more than two years after our last contact unless you become a customer. Resend keeps a record of the message for a limited period to deliver it and to show whether it was delivered.
You do not have to use the form. You can email us at hello@wearestrata.ai or write to us at the address above instead.
Booking a demo
The Book 30 minutes with Neal button takes you to a booking page on Google Calendar, run by Google. If you book, Google collects your name, email address and anything you add to the booking and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Google's own privacy policy applies to its booking page. We use the details only to arrange and hold the meeting and to follow up on it.
