Requests by Strata AI
Every request answered properly, on time, with your working shown.
Subject access requests, freedom of information requests and erasure requests, each run as a case with the right statutory clock, from the day it arrives to the day the response goes out. Your officers decide. The system finds, marks, redacts, checks and records.
One case, from receipt to release
- Register and clock. Each request goes on the register as the right type and moves through a fourteen-state case lifecycle. Deadlines are calculated for you, including UK bank holidays: twenty working days for freedom of information, one calendar month for subject access and erasure.
- Identity. The requester's identity is verified and the evidence is recorded on the case.
- Search. Your Microsoft 365 estate is searched for the requester's information, and what was searched is recorded on the case.
- Personal data. Personal data in what comes back is detected and marked, so your officer can see whose information each item contains.
- Redaction. Redactions remove the underlying content. They are not black boxes drawn over text that can still be copied.
- Release check. Before anything is released, every outgoing file is checked again independently. If the check cannot pass, nothing is released.
Works with the systems you already run
Alongside Microsoft 365, Requests connects to line-of-business systems where your records live:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- NEC Housing
- Civica CX
- MRI Software
- Yardi
- IBS
- SQL databases
Running something else? Tell us. We add connectors for the systems our customers use, and we will agree what we build and when before you sign anything.
In your Azure, accessible to your team
Requests is deployed into a dedicated tenancy inside your own Microsoft Azure subscription, so the records a request touches are processed where they already are. The officer screens are built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
Housing associations
Tenant files are dense with other people: neighbours in anti-social behaviour cases, operatives in repairs notes, children in safeguarding records. From April 2027, tenants of English providers can also make STAIRs requests. Our dedicated site covers subject access requests, STAIRs, FOI and EIR for social housing, with a free SAR deadline calculator.
